How do I calculate how much plasterboard I need?
- Enter the length and width of your wall or ceiling in metres.
- Select the size of the plasterboard you are using from the drop-down menu. The common sizes are 2.4 x 1.2 metres or 8 x 4 feet.

How many plasterboard screws per m2?
The number of screws you need per m2 depends on the thickness of the plasterboard you are using. For 12.5mm plasterboard, you will need about 30 screws per m2. For 9mm plasterboard, you will need more screws, and for 15mm plasterboard, you will need fewer screws.
